We ship orders twice a week, on Monday and Thursday.

• Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday.
• Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Please ensure your order is placed by 11:59 PM on the respective day to guarantee it is processed for the next available shipping day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the following shipping day.

• Betta Fish: Flat rate of $15 Australia-wide. Delivery times may vary based on location.

All other Fish

• Sydney Metro: $20 with delivery within 24 hours.
• Rest of NSW: $25 with delivery within 48 hours.
• Note: Shipping for other fish is available to NSW only.

• We guarantee that all fish will arrive alive. In the unlikely event that a fish is dead on arrival, customers must take photos and videos while the fish is still in its original packaging.
• The photos and videos should then be sent to Golden Aquarium for review. This must be done as soon as possible after receiving the delivery to ensure the claim can be processed.

• Shipping days and rates may be subject to change during holidays or special circumstances. We will notify customers of any such changes in advance.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive your order on the expected delivery date to ensure the safety and health of the fish.
